          01 Recruitment Preface

          ATOSHI is a purpose-driven public blockchain committed to building a robust ecosystem.           02 General Employment Terms

          Working Mode & Location
          Full-time, part-time, fully remote or task-based employment options available; specific arrangements negotiable upon discussion.

          Remuneration Payment
          Base monthly salary is settled in USDT; performance bonus is disbursed quarterly or annually based on formal performance review.

          Performance Assessment
          Department supervisors and employees set quarterly OKRs collectively, with bonus payout tied to target completion results.

          Project Token Incentive Plan
          Extra token rewards are available for all onboarded staff. Token vesting commences six months after employment confirmation, with incremental automatic distribution every three months over a total 3-year vesting cycle (linear quarterly release after the initial 6-month cliff period, fully distributed within 3 years). The token is currently valued at approximately CNY 0.3 per unit, with a maximum individual token cap of 30 million tokens. Calculated at current pricing, the full token allotment is equivalent to around CNY 9 million (approx. 1.268 million US dollars).

          On-site Office Option
          For candidates opting for on-site work at our offices in Switzerland, Singapore or Hong Kong, the Foundation will assist with formal local legal employment documentation procedures.

          Position 1: Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer (ChainOps SRE)

          Report to: CTO / Head of Infrastructure

          Job Responsibilities

          1. Deploy, maintain and monitor ATOSHI mainnet core infrastructure including public RPC nodes, seed nodes, archive nodes and block explorer back-end services to guarantee stable access for developers and crypto wallet applications.
          2. Establish automated operation & maintenance workflows via Terraform, Ansible and ArgoCD to realize automated deployment, version upgrade and elastic scaling of node clusters.
          3. Build a comprehensive observability framework covering monitoring, alert configuration, log aggregation and distributed tracing to track real-time network performance and operational health.
          4. Continuously optimize P2P network connectivity, lower RPC request latency and ensure stable service under high-concurrency scenarios.
          5. Compile operation manuals and standardized Runbooks to formulate unified SOPs for daily maintenance.
          6. Participate in emergency troubleshooting, rapidly diagnose and resolve critical faults such as node downtime, consensus halt and blockchain fork incidents.
          7. Track technical updates of Cosmos SDK and CometBFT ecosystem, and support ecosystem node operators with on-chain upgrades and security patch deployment.

          Job Requirements

          1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in system operation, SRE or DevOps, including no less than 1 year of blockchain node operation experience.
          2. Proficient in Linux administration, expert-level command of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
          3. Hands-on experience with IaC and CI/CD tools: Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
          4. Solid understanding of core blockchain infrastructure concepts: categorization of RPC nodes, P2P networking, consensus logging and state sync latency metrics.
          5. Good English reading & writing capability to independently study Cosmos SDK ecosystem technical documentation.
          6. Preferred qualifications: Practical experience operating Cosmos SDK/Tendermint-based blockchain nodes; proficient in either Go or Rust programming language.

          1. Monthly base pay: 3,200–5,500 USDT (20% premium above Singapore's local benchmark salary of 2,700–4,600 USD/month).
          2. Annual performance bonus: Equivalent to 1–2 months of base salary.

          Position 2: Information Security Engineer / Chief Security Officer

          Report to: CTO / Head of Security

          Job Responsibilities

          1. Lead the construction of ATOSHI Foundation's end-to-end information security system, covering infrastructure security, IAM management, endpoint protection and private key governance.
          2. Design and implement on-chain risk control protocols to monitor anomalous transactions, privileged permission modifications and large-value fund transfers in real time; build joint risk notification channels with ecosystem partner projects.
          3. Oversee full-cycle emergency response for security breaches, including incident investigation, impact evaluation, root cause analysis and post-event recap.
          4. Organize periodic penetration testing and vulnerability scanning, manage third-party security audit cooperation and enforce full vulnerability remediation.
          5. Drive compliance preparation for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification, and develop automated compliance workflows.
          6. Collaborate with the ecosystem security committee to facilitate community-led cybersecurity initiatives.
          7. Deliver internal and ecosystem-focused security training, compile secure coding specifications and synchronize industry threat intelligence.

          Job Requirements

          1. Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity working experience, with at least 2 years specializing in Web3/blockchain security.
          2. In-depth knowledge of prevalent blockchain security risks: consensus manipulation attacks, smart contract exploits, cross-chain bridge vulnerabilities and oracle tampering threats.
          3. Experienced with SSO/MFA, MDM/EDR, cloud security (AWS/GCP), SIEM platforms and mainstream vulnerability scanning tools.
          4. Able to develop automation scripts with Python/Go/Bash for customized security automation solutions.
          5. Familiar with SOC 2 & ISO 27001 compliance frameworks; candidates with audit preparation or digital forensics background preferred.

          Position 3: Core Protocol Development Engineer

          Report to: CTO / Head of Protocol

          Job Responsibilities

          1. Spearhead optimization of ATOSHI's consensus mechanism, in-depth maintenance of IBC cross-chain modules, and iterative upgrade of state machine & ZK privacy circuit components.
          2. Support engineering implementation of on-chain governance proposals to ensure smooth execution of community-approved upgrades.
          3. Provide protocol-level technical support for ecosystem DApp developers and node operators, and iterate on official developer toolkits continuously.
          4. Cooperate closely with internal security team and third-party auditors to fix underlying protocol vulnerabilities.
          5. Keep pace with upstream Cosmos SDK upgrades to sustain ATOSHI's core technical competitiveness.

          Job Requirements

          1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines; minimum 3 years of Golang development experience including 2+ years of core public blockchain development experience.
          2. Mastery of Cosmos SDK architecture, thorough comprehension of ABCI interface, modular design and CometBFT consensus; proven track record of developing standalone blockchain core modules.
          3. Expert knowledge of IBC protocol suite including cross-chain client setup, connection establishment, channel configuration and packet processing logic.

          Position 4: Head of Ecosystem Growth

          Job Responsibilities

          1. Formulate and execute ATOSHI's global ecosystem expansion strategy to onboard developers, project teams, node validators and institutional investment partners.
          2. Manage ecosystem grant fund review, fund disbursement supervision and post-investment performance tracking to ensure funded projects deliver real user growth and boosted on-chain trading volume.
          3. Organize hackathons, developer workshops and global Web3 summits to attract worldwide developers to build decentralized applications on ATOSHI.
          4. Track industry development across DeFi, GameFi, DePIN, RWA and AI verticals; deliver technical docking, co-marketing and resource matching support for ecosystem builders.
          5. Build real-time ecosystem data dashboards and submit regular operational reports to Foundation management and community, covering core KPIs such as active wallet addresses, total DApp quantity and TVL.

          Job Requirements

          1. Minimum 8 years of Web3/blockchain or high-growth internet platform business development experience, with over 3 years leading full-cycle ecosystem development for Layer1/Layer2 blockchains.
          2. In-depth industry insight and established networking across DeFi, GameFi, DePIN, RWA and AI sectors.
          3. Data-oriented working style with proficiency in on-chain analytics tools including Dune, Footprint and Nansen for ecosystem metric tracking.

          Position 5: Developer Relations Engineer (DevRel)

          Report to: Ecosystem Growth Manager / CTO

          Job Responsibilities

          1. Serve as primary technical liaison between ATOSHI and global developer community, accelerate mainstream adoption of core features including ZK privacy protection and zero-cost Gas & mobile mining.
          2. Author and maintain official technical documentation, tutorial guides and demo code samples to lower onboarding barriers for new developers.
          3. Host offline & online developer workshops, AMAs and hackathons while providing on-site technical assistance for participants.
          4. Collect developer feedback, refine product requirement documents and forward optimization suggestions to product and engineering teams.

          2. Develop multi-lingual content calendars covering English and key Asia-Pacific languages; organize regular community Q&A and governance information synchronization activities.
          3. Recruit, train and incentivize volunteer moderators and regional brand ambassadors via tiered reward frameworks.

          2. Develop full Go-to-Market strategies for mainnet upgrades and major ecosystem milestones, aligning cross-functional resources from product, R&D, community and growth departments.

          2. Compile comprehensive governance documentation to lower the learning threshold for community participants to join on-chain voting and proposal drafting.

          2. Draft, revise and review commercial contracts and legal agreements with third-party vendors, service providers and grant-receiving ecosystem projects.
          3. Monitor evolving digital asset regulatory policies globally including EU MiCA, US state-level crypto rules, Hong Kong VASP and Singapore PSA regulations; adjust internal compliance strategies accordingly.
